CANCELLATION POLICY
My schedule operates based on appointments only ❤️ If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. However, in case of a one-time emergency, rescheduling within 24 hours is permitted, and your deposit will be held for your next booking. In the event of a missed appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service fee, including your deposit, will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
